| In my 21 years working for the City of White Plains, I've gained much knowledge in how our City government works. I promise to apply my uniquely qualified experience and insight, working with the community and our civic leaders to effect intelligent, beneficial development in a fiscally responsible manner while maintaining a safe and healthy environment. |

Today, more than ever, we cannot afford to make leadership decisions that are anything less than the most intelligent ones possible, decisions not based on partisan politics or self-serving interests, but decisions based on well-informed, insightful knowledge-and always with the intention that those decisions are to benefit our community.
